COMMISSION STATUS

Regarding the commission queue:
I have a Trello board so you can check where you are in the queue. (For people who use their e-mail/real name for contacting me, I will only use their initials on the waitlist for privacy reasons.If you need to cancel the commission/drop out of the queue, or need a delay for any reason at all, please let me know as soon as possible (you don't have to specify a reason, please just let me know! I understand that situations change, so it's absolutely not a problem.)Please have the commission references ready by the time I get to your slot in the queue. If it's not ready, and it will take a few days to collect the reference and write up the details, please let me know and I can delay your commission and work on a different project in the meantime.

THE COMMISSION PROCESS

-Send me an e-mail at [email protected] (inquiries through Twitter/instagram/Artstation are also an option but be sure to contact me with the message system you use/check on most often, we’ll eventually move to e-mails for the exchange of the high quality commision images once the commision has been agreed on.)-Detail what you want me to draw (please include commision type e.g. fullbody etc as well as scene description if applicable), and be sure to attach any references you have of your character/idea (these can be game screencaps, art that you commissioned from other artists, etc.)-If your commision is accepted I’ll be accepting upfront half payment (or full payment if you prefer, PAYPAL only) and I will start the process which is usually divided in ¾ stages: 1-sketch 2-possible variants after your feedback 3-final commision sketch 4-final commision rendering(with occasional images sent your way through the process to get feedback) .-Once the commision is complete I will send you the finished commision over email. If you paid half upfront, then you will pay the other half once you receive the finished piece.-Using my art for NFT's or any AI image generator/ML training is strictly prohibitedPlease keep in mind
-I will not draw explicit NSFW (nudity is fine), hentai, heavy graphic gore, fetish art.-It is highly advised that changes regarding pose, perspective, and composition be addressed while in the sketch stage.-Minor adjustments (colors, adding/subtracting/adjusting minor details) to the commision after it is finished are for free, but if the changes are big (regarding pose, composition, perspective), you will have to pay an additional fee.-Each commission has a different deadline that I'll estimate after I have a clear idea of the kind of work I have to do. I will do my best to finish it as soon as possible and keep you updated.-If you need to cancel the commission or need to delay it for any reason at all, please let me know as soon as possible (no reason needs to be specified, please just let me know! I understand that situations change, so it’s absolutely no problem.)-No refunds-Please contact me with the message system that you use the most!-I live in Italy. There may be time zone differences depending on where you live, so replies may take a few hours if you send a message while i’m sleeping!-You should let me know if the commission is time-sensitive in any way. (gifts for birthdays, deadlines, etc.)

TERMS OF SERVICE

-I will retain copyright over the commissioned piece-I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on my socials and/or portfolio. (It is possible to ask for the commision to be kept private or have it posted at a later date)-I reserve the right to decline a commision for any reason.-I do NOT claim the rights to the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork. (e.g. your characters/ ideas that you want me to illustrate, story, setting, design, etc.)-I will reserve the right to resell, reproduce, or otherwise make further profit from the commissioned artwork. You will be contacted in case this happens.-If for any reason I cannot complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.-You have the right to upload the finished commision to any social media, sites, forums etc.-You have the right to use the finished commision as your banner and/or profile picture on social media or sites.-You retain all the rights to the intellectual property (e.g. your character(s), related story, setting, design, etc.)-You are NOT ALLOWED to reproduce or sell the commissioned artwork unless we have an agreement in place.-You must NOT claim the commissioned artwork as your own.-You are NOT ALLOWED to use the commissioned artwork as an NFT.-You are NOT ALLOWED to feed the artwork in AI generative programs.-I will NOT use generative AI in my work.NOTE: if I do not respond within 24hrs to an email you sent me, that means that your e-mail got lost and didn’t reach me!
